Mission Statement

At HeartWise Foundation, our mission is to touch and transform lives by shining a light on aortic heart valve disease and heart health. We stand beside patients, families, and caregivers, raising awareness, sharing life-saving education, and lifting up their voices so that no one faces heart disease alone and every heartbeat has the chance to grow stronger.

Who We Are

HeartWise Foundation is a registered nonprofit rooted in compassion and real-life experience, bringing together patients, families, and experts to support those affected by aortic heart valve disease and to champion healthier hearts for all.

Why It Matters

Aortic stenosis affects millions and often remains hidden until it becomes life-threatening. When people and providers recognize the signs and use simple screening tools, this silent disease can be found earlier, treated sooner, and lives can be not only extended, but made fuller and more active.

Heartwise Youth Ambassador Program:

The HeartWise Youth Ambassador Program empowers high school students to become champions for heart health in their own schools and communities. Ambassadors spark conversations, lead creative initiatives, and inspire their peers to care for their hearts, today and for the future.

What We Do

We host workshops, webinars, and school/community presentations to teach people how to recognize the warning signs of heart valve disease.
